Thank you for visiting our site. The Breathe for Britt Foundation is a registered 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2008 by Brian Kane in memory of his Goddaughter, Brittany F. Braun.

We are picking up where Brittany left off. Our mission is to provide families affected by cystic fibrosis with a break from their daily challeneges and raise awareness about CF.

Save the Date! On Sunday May 3rd, the Breathe for Britt Foundation, School of Rock Port Jefferson & Katie's of Smithtown will present the 12th Annual Breathe for Britt Bandstand! The event will feature Randy Jackson of Zebra, School of Rock of Port Jefferson and more.

Breathe for Britt Activity Grants

We are so excited to launch our activity grants in 2026! Exercise plays a huge role in both mental and physical health. We will be supporting individuals with CF through activity grants to fund participation in activities incorporating

movement like dance class, gym membership, soccer and more. Applications due 4/30. Adult and Pediatric grants availible
